Father's Day Starters

With croutons.
With mint dip and flatbread.
Smoked salmon, crayfish & prawns with Marie rose sauce. (£1.75 supplement)
With cranberry sauce.
With Cumberland chutney and Melba toast.

Father's Day Mains

And Yorkshire pudding.
With blue cheese and cranberries wrapped in bacon with port sauce.
With stuffing and apple sauce.
With the leg braised and the breast pan-fried with roast parsnips, colcannon mash and port sauce. (£2.50 supplement)
With traditional trimmings.
With leeks, cherry tomatoes, wild mushrooms topped with a creamy pesto dressing.
Wrapped in filo pastry with spinach filling finished with a parsley sauce.
Roast beef, roast turkey and roast pork with Yorkshire pudding and stuffing. (£2.50 supplement)

With honeycombe ice-cream and caramel sauce.
Chocolate and pecan nut brownie with fresh strawberries, Chocolate marquise (rich chocolate mousse) and strawberry ice-cream and a shot of chocolate liqueur. (£1.50 supplement)

With vanilla ice-cream.

Tables of 6 or more will be asked for a £5.00 per person deposit and a pre order of your menu choices. The deposit and pre-order is required two weeks in advance.
