McKees December Menu Lunch/Dinner

Begin your meal with a complementary amuse bouche and bread roll.

McKees December Menu

Main courses are served with a small selection of seasonal vegetables, however side orders are also available. Menu items with a price against them are in additional cost.

December Starters

With an apple, walnut and celery salad.
With orange chutney and Melba toast.
Parma ham, avocado salad.
Smoked salmon, crayfish and prawns with a Marie rose sauce. (£2.00 supplement)
Red onion and basil tarte with cranberry chutney.

December Mains

With minted potatoes, French beans and crispy bacon. (£3.00 supplement)
With traditional trimmings.
With soft cheese and spinach filling served with asparagus.
With spring onion mash and a parsley cream sauce.
Breast pan-fried and the leg slowly braised with a plum & port sauce, mange tout & boulangère potatoes (£3.00 supplement)
With mushrooms and onions finished with a thyme sauce.

December Desserts

With salted caramel ice-cream.
With Brandy sauce (contains nuts).
With vanilla ice-cream. (meringue mixed with cream and a selection of berries)
Chocolate marquise with honeycombe cream, lemon posset and baklava with Greek yoghurt. (£2.00 supplement)
With vanilla ice-cream. (Similar to crème brulee but infused with cinnamon, orange and ginger)

Please note if booking a table of 8 or more, we would require a deposit of £5.00 per person and a pre-order of your menu choices, two weeks prior to your booking. With tables of 15 or more we would strongly advise limiting the number of choices for each course to 3 options to ensure an efficient service.
